For an international company specializing in B2B mobility solutions, we are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in the Madrid area. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing actively to the company’s growth in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the Madrid area Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking Promote and sell tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers Understand clients’ needs and propose value-added solutions Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales

Candidate Profile Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution-based selling Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong plus: automotive fleet, leasing, transport services, logistics, technical services Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Good analytical and organizational skills

Languages Native Spanish Good command of English or Italian (spoken and written)
