: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team ASAP and assist in providing unparalleled support to our valued customers. Customer Engagement

: Interact with customers via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, staying updated on inventory, features, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers. Issue Resolution

: Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Feedback Management

: Gather customer feedback and insights, relay them to relevant teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall customer experience. Administrative Tasks

: Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining customer databases, generating reports, and performing other tasks to support the customer service function.

Previous Customer Service Experience

: Previous experience in customer service or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry. Fluency in English and Spanish

: Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to cater to our diverse customer base. A strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets

: At an intermediate to advanced level. And accuracy in data entry and order processing. A genuine interest in the fashion industry, with a keen eye for trends, styles, and brands.
