Help customers to install and configure software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality within smart home devices for a known brand. Provide clear, concise communication to help users understand and resolve their issues. Document and maintain detailed records of technical problems and solutions to improve future service. Collaborate with our tech team to escalate more complex issues and provide continuous improvements. What We’re Looking For: Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and basic understanding about smart home devices. Full training will be provided.
