As Business Buyer, the main missions consists in providing economic leverages, in offering added-value, innovative and total cost of ownership solutions, and in combining risk management and customer-oriented approach.

The Business Buyer is in charge of the completeness of the purchasing process and meets the purchasing needs, optimizing and challenging the requirements provided by the internal stakeholders

and seeking savings for the Entity

. He/she optimizes the amount of expenses of the entity. Its role is to become a business partner through value creation and efficiency.

Main activities and tasks

:

Collects and monitors the purchasing needs of its entity, optimizes and challenges the stakeholder view Participates in the definition of the requirements by coordinating the needs of the different stakeholders Deploy the Company purchasing strategy of each of the purchasing categories Respects the list of referenced suppliers and deploy the Company agreements Places orders as far as possible in the product/service Company catalogues Manages the purchases and orders Builds analyses and diagnoses of expenses Conducts the Requests for Proposals in relation with the stakeholders Advises the stakeholders in the choice of the purchasing method Leads commercial and contractual negotiations Is involved in the qualitative monitoring of the execution of the negotiated contracts and related services, managed by the business owners Is responsible for the completeness and quality of supplier information in the Purchasing Information System, if any

Requirements: Proved similar experience, min 2Yr Ability to negotiate with the internal stakeholders and suppliers Excel use English Proactivity Result/Solution/Customer-oriented Ability to influence Open-minded and innovative Inclination to use purchasing tools Spirit of cooperation Adaptability Resilience
