Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring the company's commission policy is in place. Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with them. Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity. Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes. Advanced level of English, Spanish & Italian Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
