About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager – Partnerships
to lead our
highest-priority partner segment :
Multi-Region Property Management Companies
Villa-focused Online Travel Agencies
Premium Concierge Companies
This is a
hands-on, execution-focused role . You will
own the full commercial cycle
from outbound prospecting, discovery, pilot design, negotiation, closing, to early-stage account development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Outbound
Identify, prioritize, and engage
high-value partner accounts
Build tailored
outbound strategies
for premium hospitality partners
Map key stakeholders across operations, concierge, guest experience, and leadership
Run
highly personalized outreach
via LinkedIn, email, calls, and referrals
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
Lead discovery calls to understand
business model, footprint, operational pain points
Present Take a Chef’s
value proposition consultatively
Design pilot proposals and rollout plans
Manage objections, proposals, negotiations, and
close deals
Ensure a
smooth handoff
into activation
Early Account Development
Own relationships during the
initial post-signature phase
Support partner onboarding and
internal alignment
Identify
expansion opportunities
across destinations, brands, and offices
Act as a
strategic advisor
to maximize account value
CRM & Commercial Discipline
Maintain
HubSpot CRM hygiene
Track pipeline, milestones, risks, and next steps
Contribute to
forecasting and pipeline reviews
Share market insights on
trends, objections, and competitive dynamics
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in
B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
Proven experience
owning full-cycle sales processes
Strong
consultative selling skills
Comfortable with
outbound prospecting
and multi-stakeholder deals
English native or near-native (mandatory)
High autonomy, commercial judgment, and structure
Nice to have:
hospitality, travel, luxury services, marketplaces, SaaS
