to perform laptop troubleshooting. Access the

Dell laptop BIOS settings . Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options

which are currently disabled in the BIOS. After enabling the settings, perform

validation and connectivity checks . Ensure

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality

are working properly. Coordinate with the

remote team if required during troubleshooting . Engineer Requirements: Technician must be

proficient in the local language (Spanish) and English . Experience with

Dell laptop BIOS configuration and hardware troubleshooting . Basic

network and connectivity troubleshooting skills .
