Workday Integration Consultant

with strong experience in

Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations . This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing certified Workday integrations that automate HR and payroll processes while ensuring secure and reliable data transfers between systems. Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Implementation Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, particularly with

third-party payroll systems . Configure and maintain integrations that enable seamless payroll data transfers. Map data fields, validate payroll outputs, and troubleshoot integration issues. Ensure compliance with

data security and privacy policies

when handling HR and payroll data. Technical Delivery & Documentation Build and maintain integration solutions using Workday integration tools. Create technical documentation including

data flow diagrams, field mappings, and process flows . Monitor integration performance and resolve errors or data transfer issues. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing integrations and identify opportunities to extend functionality. Contribute to integration design discussions and recommend improvements. Manage stakeholders and project deliverables to ensure smooth implementation timelines.

Required Experience 2+ years’ experience as a Workday Integration Consultant , particularly with

Workday Core HCM and payroll integrations . Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with

third-party payroll systems . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Experience working in

consulting or project-based environments . Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced project settings. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
