A2B Rec is partnering with a multi-billion-dollar global organization within the renewable energy sector that develops advanced infrastructure solutions supporting large-scale clean energy projects worldwide.
With continued growth across the EMEA region, the company is looking to add a Supply Chain Manager who will play a critical role in supporting the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. The organization operates across multiple international markets and works closely with project, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager will act as the primary supply chain representative for assigned projects, ensuring supply chain planning, manufacturing alignment, and delivery execution are fully coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.
This role works closely with project management, sourcing, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure materials, suppliers, and delivery schedules are aligned with project timelines and contractual commitments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain planning, contract manufacturing environments, and project-driven operations, ideally within the EPC, infrastructure, renewable energy, or industrial manufacturing sectors. A proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support the successful delivery of large-scale projects will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Own supply chain execution for assigned projects from late-stage planning through final delivery
Act as the main point of contact for project teams regarding all supply chain and delivery matters
Participate in project hand-off meetings and support planning milestones
Ensure project delivery plans align with contractual schedules and logistics requirements
Coordinate with planning, logistics, sourcing, and engineering teams to resolve delivery risks
Monitor project material planning and allocation within supply chain systems
Track supplier performance and drive improvements in on-time shipment and project delivery
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks impacting project timelines
Review supply vs demand alignment across project purchase orders and sales orders
Support planning system improvements and adoption of supply chain planning tools
Maintain strong data integrity across supply chain planning and reporting systems
Contribute to operational improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, project delivery, or master scheduling
Strong experience working with cross-functional project teams
Experience coordinating supply chain activities across complex projects
Advanced skills in Excel and planning systems (ERP / planning tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
Fluent English and Spanish
