Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Madrid. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. The role will also include training sales teams, analyzing market insights, and meeting sales goals efficiently.

Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas, build relationships, and effectively present products or services. Proficiency in Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality customer experience and address client needs responsively. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, achieving targets, and managing sales processes. Ability to train and mentor team members to improve skills and elevate overall team performance. Proficiency with tools and platforms used in sales and marketing is a plus. Knowledge of the local market in Madrid and fluency in Spanish are highly preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
