Madrid (Home Office / Hybrid). Head of Iberia . Your mission is to structure the market presence and position the brand as a key player in the Spanish & Portuguese EV ecosystem. You act as a bridge between the local market reality and the HQ. ~70% Strategic Partnerships (B2B):

You identify and sign key agreements with the local ecosystem:

30% Brand & Market Strategy (B2C):

You adapt the global vision to the local culture. You work with Marketing to grow the user base (App) and challenge local competitors. ~ Native Spanish OR Portuguese Fluent English.

Autonomy:

You manage your own P&L and local strategy. Fixed Salary + Performance Variable + Company Car
