DFT & Post-Silicon Validation Engineer

to support the development, testing, and validation of advanced semiconductor designs. What you’ll do Develop and implement

DFT (Design for Testability) methodologies

for complex digital designs. Work on

scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage analysis . Support

post-silicon validation and bring-up activities

for new chips. Develop and execute validation plans to ensure functionality and performance. Analyze silicon test results and debug issues across hardware and system levels. Collaborate with RTL, verification, and physical design teams to improve testability and quality. Work with lab equipment and validation platforms to verify silicon behavior. Contribute to continuous improvement of validation and testing methodologies. Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in DFT, silicon validation, or related roles. Strong knowledge of

DFT methodologies (scan, ATPG, test coverage) . Experience with

post-silicon validation and silicon bring-up . Familiarity with

EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence, or Siemens . Experience analyzing and debugging hardware issues at silicon level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. English level

C1 or higher . Nice to have Experience with

JTAG, BIST, boundary scan, or lab validation setups . Knowledge of

high-performance or AI processor architectures . Experience with
