Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented

Investor Relations Senior Manager

to support HBX Group’s communication with investors, analysts, and senior internal stakeholders. The role is responsible for producing clear, compelling documentation that explains HBX Group’s business and financial performance, managing investor‑related activities, and conducting detailed analysis to support executive‑level decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have substantial internal experience at HBX Group, deep understanding of financial reporting, and the capability to translate complex information into engaging and accurate investor‑focused materials. This role offers increasing autonomy based on strong performance.

Responsibilities Produce high‑quality draft documents explaining HBX Group’s business and financial performance for investors, analysts, and internal senior stakeholders. Construct clear, coherent narratives that connect data, strategy, and performance themes. Analyse HBX Group’s monthly business and financial reporting to identify key trends, areas of focus, and topics of interest for investors. Develop insights and responses to likely investor questions, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Investigate and analyse issues or trends as needed to support investor‑related communication and leadership decision‑making. Plan, coordinate and project‑manage all engagement with investors, including meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow‑up actions. Attend investor meetings in support of the IR Director and senior leaders, contributing insights where appropriate. Collate, analyse, and summarise external reports, broker notes, and market forecasts about HBX Group and its competitor set. Produce concise summaries and insights for the Executive Leadership Team. Ensure all materials for Investors, Analysts, the Executive team and the Board are reviewed and validated by the IR Director. Maintain high integrity and full adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.

Skillset and Experience Required Analytical expertise

with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data. Exceptional written and spoken English , capable of producing compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences. High attention to detail , both numerical and verbal. Strong ability to work to strict deadlines

in a fast‑moving environment. High integrity , exercising sound judgement and respect for regulatory requirements. Background as a

financial accountant

or experience working with financial reporting processes. Proven experience communicating with

senior stakeholders , including Executive Team members and their direct reports. Experience or strong interest in

capital markets

or

economics

preferred.
