Revenue Management Team Lead Based in:

Madrid, Spain

The selected professional will act as the administrative focal point for the Revenue Management and Markets teams, centralising the management of administrative processes and facilitating coordination with internal stakeholders.

Provide administrative, financial, and control support to the Revenue Management and Markets teams, ensuring the correct application of the company’s purchasing and administrative procedures, and supporting the team in all processes related to X-Elio’s internal management.

What will you do?

Provide support to the commercial team in the company’s internal procurement processes. Reconcile Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), and actual settlements using SAP. Monitor and control project-related collections and revenues, identifying deviations and supporting their proper reconciliation. Support the commercial team in contract management activities. Prepare and consolidate the annual budget for the team. Monitor and report on the OPEX attributable to the Revenue Management department. Analyse and report budget deviations.

What do we need?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in administrative, financial, or controlling roles. Experience in the energy sector is a plus. ERP system (ideally SAP), advanced use of MS Office (Excel mainly) 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Advanced level of Spanish and English.
