General Description: Reporting to the Asset Integrity Interface Manager, the Asset Integrity Project Engineer will be responsible for managing & delivering project objectives to the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements. The role will require excellent motivation, discipline and organisation skills, the ability to communicate and engage with teams effectively and excellent project management and supervision skills. The role will involve taking responsibility for a variety of projects and at varying degrees of maturity, with responsibility to establish a common approach to delivery aligned to company objectives and processes.

Core Main Accountabilities: Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects Communicating effectively with team members to interpret their requirements and needs Maintaining quality control and compliance in every aspect of the project Submitting reports on project status Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Client interaction and interpreting their needs and requirements for the project Getting a better understanding of the project and assigning the work role to reliable employees Developing specifications for the project Liaise with and provide support to the site-based O&M team, including supporting warranty management Action and/or prepare processes and procedures to support Asset Integrity Provide high quality reporting to internal and external stakeholders as required.

Required Academic and Professional Experience:

A degree in an Engineering discipline is preferred. Relevant industry experience would be considered Experience in a Project Engineering or Management role A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the energy sector is required Experience within the offshore wind sector is desirable Ability to support all facets of projects throughout the full lifecycle Experience in an engineering support role is required.

Required Knowledge and Competencies:

Demonstrable knowledge in the following areas is required: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate good relationships Strong analytical and judgement skills and the ability to develop budgets and track expenditures Be initiative and the ability to set and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to build morale among the teams and promote continuous improvement Excellent understanding of project expectations and deliverables Good understanding of Project Management fundamentals

Knowledge of the following areas is desirable:

Wind farm performance management and optimisation. Offshore Wind O&M Offshore biased projects Technical risk analysis.

Languages:

The project has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages will be valued.

Location:

Based in Madrid.
