HR Development Trainee , someone eager to learn, grow, and play an active role in developing young talent within our organization.

What will you do? As part of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in managing our

Internship Program , ensuring an excellent experience for all students joining Revlon. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the

recruitment process for interns : posting opportunities, reviewing CVs, and assisting during interviews. Coordinating agreements and collaborating with

universities and business schools . Acting as a

point of contact

for interns: answering questions, facilitating their onboarding, and monitoring their tasks and progress. Assisting the HR team with talent development initiatives, training activities, and general HR operations.

What are we looking for? You don’t need extensive experience—just motivation and a strong desire to learn! We welcome students with backgrounds in: Psychology (preferably Organizational Psychology) Human Resources Sociology with a business focus Or related fields We also value: English level B2 Good command of Microsoft Office Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and a drive to grow in HR
