What You Will Be Doing The main function of the job is to be the first point of contact with our patients, communicating with them in an agile and effective way. Engages in active listening with callers to learn about and address their needs, concerns, or other inquires. Responds accurately and promptly to callers’ inquiries, ensuring that callers feel supported and valued. Maintain records of caller interactions, comments, and inquiries. Utilizes software, databases, call scripts, and tools appropriately. Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service. Schedule details:

Your This position is

28 hours/week: A WEEK: Monday,Tuesday,Friday from 23:00h to 7:00h. B WEEK: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 23:00h to 7:00h

You Own This If You Have… 1-2 years’ experience in a professional office and/or call center environment preferred. Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to work on various assignments simultaneously. Fluent in English, in both written and verbal form. The ability to effectively build relationships with your customers, peers and leadership Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership Available to work every second weekend as necessary
