What You Will Do Platform Enhancements & Delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes, enhancements, and deployments across participation platforms. Monitor the work of development teams to ensure timely delivery aligned with agreed plans and schedules. Support backlog management by gathering collective input to define the optimal sequence of deliverables. Estimate development and testing efforts, address deviations proactively, and ensure transparent communication. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with Global Delivery Center (GDC), Financial Settlement Distribution Services (FSDS), and global teams to collect, validate, and document change requests. Conduct stakeholder interviews and hands‑on system assessments to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, including business requirements, technical architecture, acceptance criteria, and test results, using shared repositories such as Confluence. Quality Assurance & Testing Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements and integrations. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts. Identify and document defects, and collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues before deployment. Organize and lead business UAT activities across various departments. Operational Support & Knowledge Transfer Ensure smooth handover of new platforms or features by providing training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams. Support maintenance and continuous improvement of internal and external platform documentation. Continuous Improvement Stay informed about industry trends, Salesforce releases, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Senior Manager, Participation Platforms to support the Platforms & Data Operation team goals. What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience

working on Salesforce enhancements, testing, and change management. Strong knowledge of

Salesforce standard tools

(Objects, Data Management, Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Experience with

Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

and understanding of when to extend business logic using Apex or Visualforce. Solid experience in

agile software development

, preferably using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with

API‑based integrations

(MuleSoft experience is a plus). Proven ability to design test scenarios, develop test scripts, and perform hands‑on QA for Salesforce applications. Strong analytical skills for identifying defects, troubleshooting issues, and validating end-to-end business processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure. Experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple regions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in international and cross‑cultural environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

. Nice-to‑Have Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, etc.). Knowledge of FSDS‑GDC platforms and processes (agent accreditation, airline participation). Experience with operations, financial settlement, or airline/aviation industry platforms.
