We’re looking for a

Recruiter

to oversee recruitment projects in the Netherlands while contributing to a more ethical and impactful way of recruiting.

What You’ll Do Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment projects: from client brief to offer negotiation. Source top talent using Boolean and advanced search strategies. Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring an excellent client experience. Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working. Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and industry developments.

What You Bring A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role (consultancy/ agency/ recruitment firm/ executive search or in-house). Track record of managing multiple searches and working with KPIs. Experience handling client relationships or managing accounts directly. Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.). CRM experience (Avature is a plus, not required). Confident on the phone and making cold calls. Native Dutch speaker + fluent English. Organised, proactive, and collaborative.
