You are a plasma physicist who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys tackling complex, interconnected, and evolving problems. You take pride in guiding theoretical models through simulation, validation, and experimental testing, and you excel at translating deep scientific understanding into practical solutions. Contribute expertise on plasma-related physics to projects across multiple teams, helping drive innovation company-wide. Collaborate with engineers and physicists on theoretical, simulation, and experimental projects, bridging gaps between design, modeling, and implementation. Produce, maintain, and review high-quality documentation and code, ensuring reproducibility, clarity, and reliability across the team. Support projects that span a broad range of physics and engineering challenges, providing guidance and insight where plasma physics is relevant. Mentor junior team members, helping to build internal expertise and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Plasma Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. Strong coding and documentation skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar).
