About CARLOS SIMÓN FOUNDATION FOR RESEARCH IN WOMEN'S HEALTH The person who joins will support the Finance and Administrative Department, ensuring accurate accounting and efficient administrative processes. The Carlos Simon Foundation for Women's Research is a non-profit organization founded and directed by Professor Carlos Simón, professor at the University of Valencia and renowned clinical researcher in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. We work to create a world in which women's health pathologies that affect the uterus are no longer a barrier to their quality of life and reproductive desire. Our main activity is biomedical research in the field of reproductive medicine and women's health, and the development of other initiatives and actions aimed at improving our knowledge in the field and its application. Perform general accounting tasks and support the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy in coordination with other departments. Prepare periodic and annual taxes. Carry out general administrative duties: managing emails and calls, filing documents, and providing cross-departmental support. Monitoring, controlling, and resolving potential issues. Contribute to developing and improving internal control procedures and workflows that enhance efficiency. Essential two years of experience in similar roles, in financial or administration/ accounting departments. Full-time permanent contract. Flexible working hours. Internal training opportunities.
