90% Remote | Based in Barcelona / Catalunya

Start: ASAP or short noticeWhat you’ll do:• Manage virtual events end‑to‑end across global regions• Work with platforms like SpotMe or Cvent• Set up webinars, registrations, landing pages & reporting• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution• Support communication workflows (Adobe Campaign is a plus)• Troubleshoot live events and keep timelines on trackWhat we’re looking for:•Strong PMO skills and proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end •Experience with SpotMe, Cvent or similar (must)• Strong background managing online events end‑to‑end• English C1–C2 + Spanish or French• Outstanding organizational skills• Based in Catalunya / Barcelona (occasional office visits)• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and a strong team playerIf this sounds like your next step, apply or feel free to message me directly al a.soffia@tenthrevolution.com
