is seeking a
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join its Talent team in Seville.
Your Role
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for engineering and highly technical profiles.
Conduct direct search, market mapping, and talent attraction strategies for niche roles.
Lead competency-based interviews and in-depth candidate assessments.
Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring full alignment.
Work with
various ATS platforms
and prepare KPIs, reports, and analytics.
Contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives and employer branding projects.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience
in recruiting engineering or technical positions (mandatory).
Proven experience working with
multiple ATS tools .
English level B2 minimum , C1 highly valued.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with autonomy, accuracy, and a results-driven mindset.
Solid understanding of the technical job market.
