Clinical Scientist

We are partnering with a global biopharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Clinical Scientist to support drug development programs within a dynamic, cross-functional clinical team.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal scientists, clinical operations, and regulatory stakeholders, contributing directly to the design, execution, and communication of clinical studies.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clinical study design and development, including contribution to protocols, ICFs, and associated clinical documentationReview, prepare, and support regulatory documents in line with EMA and local authority requirementsCollaborate closely with clinical scientists and study teams on study follow-up, data review, and scientific analysisContribute to clinical writing activities, including study reports, abstracts, posters, publications, and congress communicationsSupport cross-functional teams throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and scientific integrityCandidate ProfileAdvanced scientific degree (MSc, PhD or equivalent) in a life sciences disciplineExperience supporting clinical trials within drug development, CRO, or biopharma environmentsHands-on exposure to protocol development/review, ICFs, and regulatory documentationStrong scientific writing and communication skillsExperience working with EMA and European regulatory frameworks (FDA exposure beneficial but not essential)Ability to work collaboratively with global, multidisciplinary teamsTherapeutic AreaExperience in Ophthalmology/Neuro-ophthalmology is requiredWhy ApplyOpportunity to work with a global biopharma leaderHigh scientific visibility and collaboration with senior expertsInvolvement across multiple stages of clinical developmentCompetitive package and flexible working options
