Freelance content editor/SEO

We’re looking for a

freelance content editor and SEO/AIO

to support ongoing client work across SEO, content delivery, and marketing operations.

This is a

freelance, non-exclusive role . You’ll manage content from draft to publish-ready, support client communication, and keep delivery running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Content

Write and edit long-form and short-form content Conduct interviews and deliver finished articles Conduct market research and build client personas Improve structure, clarity, tone, and factual accuracy Align content with search intent and SEO best practices Ensure content is publish-ready Maintain consistent brand voice across clients Write and refine article outlines and content briefs Manage and maintain editorial calendars Upload, format, and publish content in WordPress Perform final checks before publication

SEO/AIO

Produce SEO reports (GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs) with insight summaries Support keyword research, SERP analysis, and content gap identification Assist with site structure and content architecture recommendations Fix basic site hygiene issues (broken links, internal linking, simple on-page fixes)

Marketing

Schedule and post content to social media Edit social content calendars Create simple newsletters in Mailchimp Support sales emails and basic marketing assets Assist with lead magnet creation (guides, checklists, downloadable assets)

What we're looking for

Native English speaker Strong experience writing and editing content Excellent editorial judgement and attention to detail Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and search intent Comfortable working across content, SEO, and marketing Experience publishing in WordPress Familiarity with Mailchimp Confident using tools like GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar Self-directed and reliable Outcome-focused Able to uncover and understand target market pain points Clear, professional written communication Light design skills (Canva, Google Slides)

Freelance / autónomo Non-exclusive Prefer deliverable-based rates, but flexible You control your schedule and tools Monthly invoicing
