Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management,Service Value Demonstration)
Delivery & Maintenance Assurance: Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth.
Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years in customer service management, delivery & maintenance assurance, service sales experience for enterprise or carrier networks.
Proven track record in managing service solutions for major projects, including experience in service bidding and sales strategy development.
Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills to demonstrate service value and influence customer budgeting.
