We are working with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how businesses manage and optimize their variable compensation models. They are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive ready to build pipeline, close complex deals, and contribute to scaling the sales engine.

Manage multi-layered sales cycles, keeping momentum, creating urgency, and ensuring deals move forward efficiently. Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, forecast accurately, negotiate proposals, and collaborate cross-functionally to secure long-term partnerships.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, including prior exposure to full-cycle SaaS sales. Proven ability to prospect proactively and engage senior decision-makers through a consultative approach. Experience managing medium-to-long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders involved. Strong organizational skills with a data-driven mindset toward pipeline management and forecasting. Native or near-native English and solid Spanish level (B2+); Hybrid model: 4 days onsite in Barcelona city center, 1 day remote.
