Your next challenge

The Product Owner acts as the key interface between Pluxee’s global product organization and the local market. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that country-specific user needs, regulatory constraints, and go-to-market considerations are reflected in global product decisions. The Product Owner works within a squad under a Product Manager, translating local initiatives into detailed functional requirements. This role ensures alignment with Global Product Management, produces documentation, supports testing, and helps ensure high-quality product delivery for the Spanish market.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Local Insight Collection & Strategic Input Acts as the voice of the country within the global product organization Participate in the discovery, research, and analysis of user and client needs. Gathers, structures, and communicates local user feedback, market insights, and regulatory input to inform product discovery and development. Prepare functional documentation: user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria.

2. Product Requirements & Business Case Contribution Defines and creates Country-Specific Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Contributes to the development of business cases and opportunity assessments from a local perspective. Helps define feature needs and supports alignment with local business areas Provide clarification and detailed requirements to global development teams.

3. Discovery, Testing & User Feedback Supports test planning and coordinates or validates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet local expectations.

4. Rollout, Adoption & Compliance Support Ensure alignment on feature launches and delivery plans. Prepare training materials and internal documentation. Ensure Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing understand the functionality and value. Support post-release measurement and performance tracking.

You’re a match

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields

Work Experience 3–4 years of experience in product management or similar roles (e.g., business analysis, go-to-market, product marketing), Proven experience working in agile product environments with exposure to product development and launch cycles, Experience in SaaS B2B/B2B2C products or fintech is a plus, Experience in research and UX is a plus.

Other Skills and Certifications Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum, Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, Experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams, Strong functional documentation and analytical skills, Ability to break down complex problems into simple components.

Languages Proficiency in Spanish and English
