Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a Málaga based Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the business. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for translating vision into structure, strategy into execution, and growth into measurable results. The COO will oversee daily operations while building the systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment needed to support our next phase of growth — all while protecting Zoco Home’s identity, premium positioning, and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For • Leading company wide business planning and operational strategy • Driving operational excellence across stores, e-commerce, and supply chain • Elevating in-store experience while maintaining premium retail standards • Aligning commercial, operational, and financial objectives • Overseeing inventory management, logistics, and retail performance optimization • Developing scalable systems to support international growth • Establishing KPIs and performance frameworks across departments • Strengthening financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization • Building and mentoring high-performing leadership teams

What We’re Looking For • Strong and proven experience in premium or lifestyle retail operations • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (stores + e-commerce) • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational leadership experience • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management • Proven track record of scaling retail businesses • Previous senior executive or operational leadership experience • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred • Fluent in both English and Spanish

This is a full-time, Málaga-based position.
