What you'll do
We are looking for a
Property Specialist
to join our team and take ownership of the performance of our premium property portfolio across Spain. This role is focused
exclusively on the relationship with property owners , not tenants. You will work to
maximize profitability, control performance indicators , and ensure excellent service delivery to our partners. You’ll join a dynamic and international environment where precision, proactivity and financial acumen are highly valued. You'll:
Financial Management: Control and optimize the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for your property portfolio, ensuring profitability and strict alignment with the budget.
Owner Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, presenting performance reports and building long-term trust and partnerships.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Guest Experience team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Pricing & Occupancy Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager and Commercial Direction to define business plans, establish revenue management strategies, and optimize occupancy levels to maximize portfolio profitability.
Operational Oversight: Supervise the overall condition and service quality of the properties, ensuring that all rentals are executed seamlessly without pending incidents or quality gaps.
Tenant Relations (High-Impact Cases): Intervene when necessary in communications with tenants regarding urgent or high-impact situations, safeguarding the business relationship and ensuring timely resolutions.
Performance Tracking: Track key metrics (occupancy, revenue, costs, profitability, deviations) and propose concrete action plans to drive results.
Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the accuracy of financial and operational reports, owner documentation, and compliance with established KPIs and SLAs.
About you
2–3 years of experience in
property management, asset management or real estate operations .
Strong business and financial acumen: ability to read and manage P&L, analyze ROI and optimize portfolio performance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple properties and stakeholders with precision and reliability.
Full professional proficiency in
English and Spanish
(B2+).
Experience working in
hospitality, real estate, or premium asset management
is a strong plus.
A proactive mindset, with a service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
