Change Manager

Change Manager to support the rollout of a new PMO tool (OnePlan), which all Project Managers will need to use. This role will need to: Work with the PMO to run process workshops to gain feedback / identify pain points to today's processes Work with the PMO to help define & document future state processes Lead in the change management activity including Key Messages Stakeholder Management Change Impact Assessment Comms plan, development & delivery Training Plan, creation of materials & support with roll-out of training Defining adoption plan, supporting with post go live adoption.

Skills Needed

Must have – Change Management experience (cross application is fine) Willing to be onsite at least 3 days/week Fluent English Excellent communication & Collaboration skills

Nice to have – Ideal match would be someone who started out as a Project Manager and then moved into change mgmt. Spanish speaking Any experience with this specific PMO tool (OnePlan)
