Systems Engineer (remote)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Reporting to the CMMS Project Lead, CMMS System Adoption Engineer will be responsible for maximizing the effective use of the CMMS across all operational offshore wind projects. This role ensures that the system is consistently and correctly used, that maintenance processes are standardized, and that users are properly trained and supported. Drive increased and consistent use of the CMMS across operating projects. Act as the main point of contact for CMMS users (site teams, planners, supervisors, engineers). Promote best practices in work order management, planning, reporting, and data entry. Ensure standardized CMMS usage across all projects and sites. Monitor compliance with defined CMMS workflows and maintenance processes. Training & Capability Development Develop and deliver CMMS training materials and user guides. Conduct training sessions (remote and on-site). Identify knowledge gaps and define targeted training actions. Performance Monitoring Track system usage KPIs (work order closure quality, backlog accuracy, data completeness, etc.). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar), Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations, planning, or CMMS administration. Experience in asset-intensive industries (renewables, utilities, oil & gas, heavy industry). Experience working in multi-site or offshore environments is highly desirable. Understanding of maintenance planning and execution workflows. Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and asset management principles. Experience developing training materials and conducting workshops. Strong facilitation and training skills. The company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. Travel to project and OEM sites may be required.
