Partner Relations Specialist - Spanish-speaking

We are looking for a

Partner Relations Specialist

to build and grow partnerships with travel bloggers and affiliates, combining relationship management, outreach, and performance-driven collaboration to support DiscoverCars.com growth.

Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners to ensure alignment, smooth operations, and long-term cooperation Daily search for the relevant travel blogs Invite selected bloggers to work with DiscoverCars.com via affiliate program Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, outreach efficiency, and performance tracking Prepare and deliver weekly performance and outreach reports, tracking partner activity, results, and key improvements Maintain accurate partner data and communication records in internal systems

Requirements 3+ years of experience in Partner Relations Specialist or similar client-facing role English -

very good conversational / professional working proficiency,

Spanish -

fluent Strong communication and relationship-building skills Easily communicate with potential affiliate partners over e-mails and sometimes via online calls Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team High attention to detail and sense of ownership Experience in affiliate marketing or outreach Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Pitchbox, and/or comparable SEO/link-building and outreach platforms will be considered an advantage.
