You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Buying and Production to ensure collections are innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with seasonal concepts and trends.What we offer you?4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work week to enhance creativity and balance. You can also enjoy coffee, infusions, and fresh fruit every day.You will get a 50% discount on our collections.RequirementsDegree in Fashion Design or related fieldPrevious experience of minimum 5 years in fashion designStrong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniquesAbility to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopHigh level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awarenessStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProactive attitude and strong teamwork mindsetFluent Spanish & EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needsCreate mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collectionsResearch trends, fabrics, materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposalsWork closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategyFollow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrityCollaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designsPrepare technical documentation and support fittings when requiredMonitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvementsEnsure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes
