We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer
to join our team and take part in an international project where quality, scalability, and collaboration matter.
Your role focuses on building resilient automation frameworks,
ensuring operational excellence, and integrating security deeply into the deployment lifecycle. You will be responsible for conceptualizing deployment versions, managing cloud-native environments, and maintaining the high availability of our European digital services.
#Operational Excellence: Take ownership of operations handling, ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and proactive incident management.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and provision multi-cloud environments using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Deployment Strategy: Lead the conceptualization of deployment versions, ensuring seamless rollouts and rollbacks while maintaining strict security standards.
- Implement advanced security protocols, including Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption and IAM solutions specifically tailored for scalable workspace environments.
- Design and validate comprehensive Backup and Disaster Recovery strategies to ensure zero-data-loss scenarios.
- Implement and manage end-to-end Logging and Monitoring stacks to provide deep visibility into system health.
#Container Orchestration: Deep proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), including cluster management and workload optimization.
- Experience with Free and Open Source Software automation and agent technologies (e.g., Infrastructure Management: Proven expertise in IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and managing cloud-native resources.
- Modern CI/CD: Strong know-how in package management and deployment orchestration via Helm and related toolsets.
- IAM & Security: Specialized knowledge in Identity and Access Management for scalable solutions and workspace security.
- Data Protection: Monitoring: Mastery of logging and monitoring frameworks to drive data-driven operational decisions.
#A minimum of 5 years in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles, with a track record in large-scale IT environments.
Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional European languages are a plus).
Desirable Certifications: CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes), HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar.
