If you are passionate about international transport and interested in building a career in a fast-growing Company with a multicultural environment, we would love to hear from you Sea-Freight Import Operator Sea-Freight Operator , you will be part of our Spanish Operative Team located in directly reporting into the local Operations Manager. You will manage ocean freight import operations, overseeing the entire process from planning to full execution of the shipment cycle and providing exceptional and pro-active support through liaising with customers, shippers, network, and overseas partners, always respecting the deadlines. On a daily basis, you will look after all the documentation needed in order to meet all the shipping line operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and international regulations. You will have in dept knowledge of the documentations, invoicing, warehousing instructions, customers and suppliers contacts, being able to quickly recognize potential issues to report and escalate to the Sea Freight Supervisor on the daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers worldwide. Management of sea import shipments, from planning to completion of the operational cycle, arranging the shipment according to specific customer requirements Monitoring shipments, ensuring that timelines and costs are met and keeping clients updated on progress/any delays Data entry and system updates within company platforms Fluency both in Spanish and English ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Products and IT tools in general ~ Not only will you be joining an amazing and supportive business that provides the best Freight services, you will also get:
