We are looking for a Junior IT Operator to become part of our team. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy monitoring systems and supporting IT operations, and want to grow your career in a dynamic, innovative environment, we would love to hear from you!

Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents. Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents. Proficiency in

ServiceNow

for incident logging and prioritization. Experience with monitoring tools like

Datadog

. Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux). Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like

Excel

or

Power BI

. Familiarity with

ITIL processes

, particularly in incident, problem, and change management. Minimum B2 level of English required.
