What are we looking for?

Management of client administrative requests Handling of refunds and manual invoicing, in accordance with the authorization policy defined by the OpCo (company) Contract modifications (corrections, changes in conditions, etc.) Interaction with other departments to resolve issues and update contract conditions, customer data, etc.

What do you need?

Native or highly proficient level of Dutch High level of French and/or English Minimum of 1 year of experience performing similar tasks Customer focus Excellent communication skills Positive mindset Teamwork and collaboration Analytical thinking and decision-making skills Attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and functions
