FRENCH SPEAKER ONLY Company Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Barcelona, where you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in both French and English-speaking markets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and promoting Base Aparthotels' services. You will also collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving company revenue targets.

Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and client engagement Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM platforms and office productivity tools Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus) Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using a CRM Drive occupancy and ADR growth through proactive sales strategies Monitor booking performance and conversion metrics Ensure accuracy and service quality across all channels
