We’re looking for a trusted, highly reliable Publisher Sales Manager to strengthen our publisher ecosystem and grow long‑term partnerships.
Role Summary:
As a Publisher Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing network of publishers. You will work closely with them to help maximize revenue through our ad monetization solution while ensuring a smooth, reliable experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in managing publisher accounts within the mobile ad tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Relationship Management
Build and maintain
long‑term, high‑trust relationships
with senior decision‑makers at publisher companies.
Serve as the key commercial contact for publishers, understanding their goals and aligning Mega Rewards’ value proposition.
Manage day-to-day communications and support needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention across our publisher base.
Onboarding & Integration Coordination
Partner with internal teams (Ad Ops, Product, Engineering) to ensure efficient technical onboarding and successful ad monetization setup.
Facilitate clear communication throughout onboarding and ongoing support processes.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor publisher performance metrics (eCPM, fill rate, revenue) and recommend optimizations.
Provide insights and guidance to publishers on maximizing yield and enhancing monetization strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, operations, analytics, and leadership teams to influence product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
Share market insights and publisher feedback to help shape product roadmap and commercial strategy.
Market Awareness & Thought Leadership
Represent Mega Rewards at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Stay up to date with trends in mobile monetization, mediation, SSPs, and programmatic ad tech.
Required Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in publisher management, account management, or partner success — ideally within mobile ad networks, mediation platforms, SSPs, or monetization tech.
Strong track record of
maintaining and growing commercial relationships
with mobile app publishers or supply partners.
Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills , with an ability to work with both technical and commercial teams.
Deep understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems, ad formats, SDK integrations, and publisher monetization strategies.
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing a large portfolio of publisher relationships.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance data to inform decisions.
Fluency in
English ; additional languages a plus.
Passion for mobile gaming and innovation in ad tech.
