Paid Social Media Specialist

to boost our online visibility, generate qualified student leads and promote enrolment growth across multiple programmes. Reporting to the Acquisition Manager, you will plan, launch and optimise high-performing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms, focusing strongly on lead quality, funnel impact and cost efficiency.

Strategic Growth:

Design and execute paid social roadmaps aligned with global enrollment cycles (BBA/BA/BS/MBA/MS). Launch and scale high-performing campaigns across

Meta, TikTok,& LinkedIn

, while scouting emerging 2026 social trends. Creative Synergy:

Partner with our Design and Content squads to turn brand stories into high-converting ad creatives. Precision Tracking:

Manage the technical backbone—Pixels, UTMs, Server-Side tracking, and CRM integrations—to ensure 100% data accuracy. Performance Optimization:

run rigorous A/B tests to squeeze maximum value from every Euro spent.

Solid experience in Paid Social (Education or Lead Gen background is a major plus). Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager + TikTok or LinkedIn. Data-Fluent:
