Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant, celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.

Main Duties Your key responsibilities will include: Maintain mise en place levels to ensure seamless service, with a focus on food quality, consistency, and presentation Actively develop your skills to become proficient in all kitchen sections, under the guidance of senior chefs Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste Conduct daily checks of storage areas and maintain high hygiene standards to meet Roka’s expectations Prepare food products in line with recipes, ensuring precision and high standards while overseeing the work of junior team members Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
