After Sales Agent

About the role As an After Sales Agent for the German market (based in Valencia), you will support existing customers of a leading European office supply brand. You will contact customers who have already placed orders to make sure everything runs smoothly, answer questions, and introduce relevant products that can improve their setup. Your focus is on creating a helpful, friendly experience while identifying natural upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities Contact existing customers after their purchase and ensure a smooth experience. Answer questions related to orders, products, and deliveries. Identify natural upsell opportunities based on customer needs. Build positive customer relationships through helpful and professional communication.

Requirements Native-level German (C2) and good English skills. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but motivation and attitude matter most.
