Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Requirements analysis. Participate in the technical design of projects. Perform effort estimations for projects. Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives. Analyze and improve application performance. Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions. Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project. Document processes and monitor system performance metrics. Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements. Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software. Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management. Produce technical documentation for completed projects. Actively contribute to the training of other team members. At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus. Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services). Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus. Excellent spoken and written English. Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
