Finance Process Owner - Record to Report

An international business is underway with a large Finance Transformation project and SAP ERP deployment, with an aim to implement standardised finance systems and processes to global entities.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Process Owner to join the project team and own the R2R Processes, driving standardisation end-to-end, and supporting the implementation of the new solution and Target Operating Model.

The role: Define and Own the Finance processes for the R2R Accounting & Reporting Workstream Working closely with finance stakeholders, lead blueprint definition for the new SAP ERP template solution for finance Finance process harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation in line with the ERP template and Target Operating Model for R2R Finance process analysis and change management Lead requirements engineering, Gap-Fit analysis, process design, harmonisation and Governance for R2R Working closely with the ERP rollout team, this role will deliver gap-fit analysis and defend the template for international rollouts of the new SAP solution and new processes Deliver harmonised R2R processes for international entities, collaborating with the ERP Delivery team and Project Managers

Requirements: Finance Process Owner with strong knowledge of Record-to-Report processes Experience delivering Finance process transformation in a large international environment Finance or Accounting background Strong Finance / Accounting / Controlling (FICO) process knowledge, ideally a Finance background Financial Systems Transformation experience in a SAP environment, ideally with SAP S4 Hana Stakeholder engagement and Change Management experience Strong communication skills

Location: Madrid or Spain with travel
