Junior Operations & Customer Care Support

professional to join our collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements. ✨ What You’ll Do

Support Daily Operations • Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely handling of requests • Manage and allocate operational cases through internal tools • Perform routine checks and validations following established procedures • Escalate incidents and support issue resolution with senior team members

Assist Contracting & Administrative Processes • Review and validate incoming documentation • Prepare and upload information into internal systems • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve missing data

Contribute to Billing Data Preparation • Collect and verify operational data • Support pre-billing validation activities • Collaborate with billing teams to ensure data accuracy

Participate in Projects & System Improvements • Support testing of new tools and process enhancements • Execute test cases and document results • Help implement minor operational improvements • Follow up on incidents identified during testing phases

Reporting & Process Tracking • Prepare basic activity and KPI reports • Maintain tracking files and operational control lists • Support documentation of procedures and guidelines

What We’re Looking For

✔ Technical Skills • Good knowledge of

Microsoft Office

(especially Excel & Outlook) • Comfortable working with large volumes of data accurately • Familiarity with case management tools or CRMs is a plus • Interest in operational and administrative processes

✔ Soft Skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Reliable when performing repetitive operational tasks • Process-oriented and committed to quality standards • Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude • Clear communication and teamwork skills • Eagerness to learn and grow in an operational environment
