You can look forward to these exciting tasks: As a Sales Manager, maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction Secure profitable growth within our product portfolio and targeted platforms Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business success As a results-driven Sales Manager, support cash flow and EBIT targets for strong financial performance Identify and secure new business through customer planning, relationship building, and active account management — a core Sales Manager responsibility

This is what you bring to us: ~5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in automotive/transport industry sector, with CRM experience supporting a data-focused Sales Manager approach ~ Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrating effective Sales Manager performance ~ Results orientated outlook and able to work both independently and within a matrix orientated team structure ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers as an outstanding Sales Manager ~ Professional proficiency in Spanish and advanced English language skills ~ A desire for personal and professional development in a global organisation

Conditions: Competitive base salary (depending on the candidate skills and experience) plus 20-25 % variable based on sales targets life insurance company car
