to manage end-to-end release processes in an Agile environment. The role involves coordinating CI/CD pipelines, managing source control and branching strategies, overseeing containerized deployments on Kubernetes, ensuring quality gates and security compliance, and monitoring production releases. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth, secure, and timely software releases. Key Skills Required: Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) Git, repository scaffolding, and branching strategies CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Scripting and automation (Ansible, Python) Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift Programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, C++) Quality, testing, and release governance (SonarQube, TDD/BDD) Monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) Networking, load balancers, and SSL concepts Good to Have: Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) API tools and testing frameworks Security tools (SAST/DAST, container security) Advanced pipeline design and AIOps tools
