About Wildhood Wildhood provides premium screen-free play solutions for luxury hotels worldwide. We are scaling. Our GTM engine is already running. Inbound demand is active. Deals are in motion. You won’t start from zero. You’ll operate inside a structured system designed to convert qualified hotel interest into signed agreements.

What You’ll Do

Convert structured inbound demand into signed hotel deals.

Advance active commercial discussions with 4–5★ hotels (30+ rooms).

Escalate conversations to General Managers and decision-makers. Extract and activate high-value referrals.

Collaborate on tailored proposals and branding concepts.

Maintain disciplined pipeline ownership in CRM.

Work directly with the founder on strategy and positioning.

This role is about disciplined conversion and growth, not cold-call grinding.

Compensation €30,000 gross base. Up to €16,000 variable (OTE €46,000 total). Quarterly payout based on collected revenue. Indefinite contract (6-month probation).

Requirements

Fluent Spanish & English.

2–5 years B2B experience.

Barcelona-based.

Sitges office minimum 3 days/week (non-negotiable).

Driver’s license required.

Comfortable with performance-based pay.

Competitive mindset.
