Your Mission & Impact As a

Senior IT Asset & Service Management Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and compliance of IT assets and services across a global environment. Your expertise will directly influence operational excellence, cost optimization, and user satisfaction within high‑impact international initiatives.

What You’ll Do Oversee the

end‑to‑end lifecycle

of IT assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Contribute to the

management and optimization

of the IT asset and service portfolio. Implement and maintain

IT service management processes and tools

to enhance delivery and performance. Analyze and report on IT asset and service

KPIs

to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient and effective IT service delivery. Ensure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and ITIL best practices.



What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience

in IT Asset & Service Management (Senior level). Proven expertise with

ITIL frameworks

and IT service management methodologies. Experience managing

high‑volume IT assets

(non-negotiable). Strong

organizational and financial management

abilities. Solid background in

project management

and stakeholder coordination. Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset. Experience working in a

global environment

and collaborating across teams. Advanced English

(written and spoken). Customer‑service orientation and ability to guide internal teams and end-users.
